We are seeking an exceptional individual with 9-15 years of experience in the telecom or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will possess effective distributor management skills, be able to motivate teams, build capabilities, and handle conflict situations.
- Distributor Management: Establish a best-in-class distribution footprint and boost mobile recharge distribution (MRD) contribution along with promoter productivity
- Customer Acquisition: Acquire customers to gain market share and contribute to cluster business objectives
- Revenue Growth: Aid revenue target achievement by driving higher acquisition quality, leading to a higher recharging base
- Sales Transformation: Drive sales automation, new projects, and a digital culture among team members
- Culture Development: Inculcate a performance culture, invest in learning & development, and drive high engagement
