Senior Technical Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Lead to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising various teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish clear objectives and performance indicators
- Distribute tasks and set project deadlines
- Oversee daily operations and monitor team performance
- Evaluate team performance regularly
- Create a motivating work environment
- Develop an effective evaluation system
- Communicate with teams about their performance
- Track and report on team metrics
- Motivate team members
- Identify training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to feedback from team members and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Plan and organize team-building activities
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in PHP, JS, HTML, CSS (full stack preferred)
- Package management using Node Package Manager
- Oracle fundamentals and SQL troubleshooting skills
- CI/CD expertise
- 7-9 years of experience as a Technical Lead
- Strong understanding of Git, Git-flow or other branching strategies
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as ToGaF
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
