Job Title: ACH Technical Program Manager

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned ACH technical program manager with expertise in Automated Clearing House (ACH) project management. The successful candidate will lead the ACH platform upgrade project, focusing on enhancing banking and ACH domain knowledge.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with banks, financial institutions, internal teams, and vendors.
Main Responsibilities:

The selected individual will be responsible for end-to-end project management of ACH clearing house initiatives, including application upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations. This will involve coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely ACH processing in compliance with NACHA and other payment file format standards.

  1. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  2. Collaborate with technical teams to support integration, testing, and validation of ACH and check clearing file formats (NACHA, X9, ISO 20022, etc.).
  3. Facilitate communication between participants Bank users, technical teams, and external vendors to align on requirements and resolve issues.
  4. Conduct impact assessments, prepare project documentation, and ensure adherence to governance and audit standards.
  5. Track project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  6. Drive process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices in ACH operations and payment systems.
Requirements:

  • A strong technical background with experience in ACH project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with NACHA and other payment file format standards.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
