**Job Description:**

We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful Data Analyst Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex data models and creating powerful dashboards for our diverse client base.

You will be responsible for translating raw data into a well-structured and reusable data layer, ensuring our clients have the information they need to make informed decisions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on varied projects, contribute directly to client success from day one, and learn from cutting-edge technologies and diverse client projects.

**Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop robust data models to create a single source of truth for our clients' data.
  2. Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  3. Connect to various data sources (e.g., BigQuery, Azure SQL, APIs) and define relationships and data transformations within LookML.
  4. Troubleshoot and optimize LookML code and Looker queries for performance and scalability.
  5. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
  6. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all Looker deliverables.
  7. Assist in sales analytics, lead tracking, or project reporting as needed.

**Ideal Candidate:
  • 0.5–3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions with Looker and LookML.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Azure SQL, or other relational databases).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and experience with various data sources.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-manage tasks effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking startup environment.
