**Job Title:** Motion Designer and Video Content Creator

We're looking for a skilled motion designer to help us create engaging animated videos. You'll play a key role in transforming complex topics into clean, visually compelling stories.

The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in motion design, video content creation, or explainer video production. A solid portfolio showcasing 2D or motion graphic explainers is essential.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design and animate explainer videos using Adobe After Effects.
  • Transform scripts and storyboards into polished motion videos.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and SMEs to simplify complex content.
  • Create animated assets (charts, UI flows, crypto concepts).
  • Record or edit voiceovers, sync audio, and apply subtle sound design.
  • Maintain brand style guides, animation principles, and reusable templates.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Adobe After Effects (must-have).
  • Figma / Adobe Illustrator.
  • Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Audacity / Adobe Audition.
  • Descript.
  • Experience sourcing royalty-free music.
  • Comfortable with AI voiceover tools or studio VO.
