
Senior Customer Service Manager

Leads a team of professionals in achieving customer service goals and standards. This role involves managing daily activities, key performance indicators and maintaining complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs, as well as system and telecommunications capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily activities and key performance indicators to drive results.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of service tasks, programs, systems and telecommunications capabilities.
- Oversee administrative aspects including reporting to ensure seamless operations.
- Promote achievement of process, team and individual customer service goals and standards.
- Strong written and spoken fluency in business English.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure to deliver high-quality results.
- Experience in GIS domain is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize tasks to meet client needs.
- Proven ability to set, define and prioritize objectives to drive success.
- Effective escalation management.
