Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for Identity & Access Management – Data Services function.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for Identity & Access Management – Data Services function.
  • Ensure native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert and processes/procedures are followed without any deviations.
  • Perform monitoring activities to ensure data quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Refresh Userdata to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and follow defined escalation process for Userlist sourcing.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Establish collaborations with external teams for Userlist sourcing and application limitations improvement.

Regulatory and Business Conduct:

  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Takethe responsibilityfor embedding ethics and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
