Job Title: Mainframe Cobol Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance COBOL applications to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Write, test, and debug COBOL code for high-performance batch and online processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features incrementally and meet sprint goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in COBOL programming language.
  • Experience with JCL (Job Control Language) and DB2 (Database).
  • Strong understanding of VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method) and CICS (Customer Information Control System).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and ability to participate in Agile ceremonies.
