As a Ruby on Rails web application developer, you will be working on creating robust and efficient digital solutions using the Ruby on Rails framework.

About the Role
  • This is a full-stack development position that requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
Key Responsibilities
  • Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.
    • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
    • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Backend: Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD).
