Expert Environmental Systems Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Expert in Environmental Systems who will lead and support projects focused on earthwork/grading, stormwater, wastewater, remediation, and waste management. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in civil or environmental engineering and possess expertise in both design and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Design & Solutions: Provide technical leadership and support for civil or environmental projects, including those focused on environmental systems and facilities. Perform complex calculations using industry-standard tools and software.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and review the work of junior engineering staff, train and mentor team members, and help develop their skills to ensure quality project deliverables.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project scope, budget, and schedule, meeting client expectations and ensuring overall project success.
  • Client Relations: Develop new relationships with clients, prepare reports, studies, and cost estimates to present solutions through internal and external oral presentations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years of civil or environmental engineering experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related engineering program.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of standard civil engineering techniques and procedures. Proficiency in design programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and MicroStation is required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Prior experience in project management or as an assistant project manager is preferred.
