Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic fresher accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally Prime 6.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records in Tally Prime 6
  • Perform regular bank reconciliation statements
  • Assist in cost accounting and financial reporting
  • Understand and categorize various transaction types
  • Support in payroll accounting and statutory compliance
  • Assist in income tax calculations and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and reports
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime 6 (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting, and banking reconciliation systems
  • Familiarity with income tax and payroll accounting
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, performing regular bank reconciliation statements, and assisting in cost accounting and financial reporting.

They will also understand and categorize various transaction types, support in payroll accounting and statutory compliance, assist in income tax calculations and documentation, prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and reports, and work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
