Civil Project Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality civil and interior projects. With a strong background in project management, you will oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 14-17 years of experience in civil and interior project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers and supervisors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications, and quality plans.
  • Safety Management: Implement safe practices to make the site an accident-free zone and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 14-17 years of experience in civil and interior project management.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT, with experience in project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, and coordinating with PMO.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
