Job Role: Business Growth Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to understand client requirements and assess their suitability for our services.
- Track progress and identify areas for improvement by maintaining a daily log of qualified and unqualified leads.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English to coordinate with the internal team and pass on qualified leads.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident phone presence to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and qualify leads to drive business growth.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory; freshers and early professionals are encouraged to apply.
