About this Quality Assurance Role

We're seeking a detail-obsessed and driven QA professional to help uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability in our mobile franchise.

This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours, ideal for individuals who thrive in night shifts.

As a QA Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and executing tests on new features, tools, and game content to ensure they meet exacting standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all software is functioning as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively suggest process improvements

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing
  • Proven ability to work independently and respond to high-priority issues in real time
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
