Academic Program Manager Role

The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of academic programs, ensuring their smooth execution and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Manage course scheduling, curriculum development, and program evaluation in collaboration with faculty and department heads to achieve optimal results.
  • Student Record Management: Maintain accurate records of enrolment, grades, transcripts, and academic progress while adhering to data protection regulations and ensuring compliance.
  • Event Planning: Organize conferences, workshops, and seminars, handling logistics such as venue booking, registrations, and audiovisual setup to create a professional atmosphere.
  • Faculty Support: Assist faculty with administrative tasks, including teaching contract processing, course material preparation, academic calendar coordination, and meeting organization to enhance productivity.
  • Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation and use of classrooms, labs, and resources; coordinate facility maintenance to provide a conducive learning environment.
  • Technology Integration: Implement and support academic technologies (LMS, online registration, databases), and train faculty/students for effective usage.
  • Student Services: Collaborate with student support teams to coordinate tutoring, advising, and student success initiatives.
