We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
- This is a senior-level role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business results through effective talent management, employee engagement, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Management: Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws, conduct regular audits, and recommend updates as needed.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, design onboarding programs, and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers and employees, and drive continuous improvement.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, organize training programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Employee Benefits & Insurance: Administer employee insurance policies, liaise with providers, and ensure timely documentation and communication of benefits.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR Generalist/HR Manager roles, preferably in BFSI, FinTech, Manufacturing, or IT industries.
