Job Description

We are seeking a talented Control Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems for various industrial applications.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in control system engineering, with experience in designing and developing complex control systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and Development: Design and develop control systems for various industrial applications, including oil and gas, chemical plants, and other process industries.

  2. Implementation: Implement control systems using various software and hardware tools, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).

  3. Testing and Commissioning: Test and commission control systems to ensure they meet the required specifications and are functioning as expected.

  4. Maintenance and Support: Provide maintenance and support for existing control systems, including troubleshooting and repairing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in control system engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of control system design principles and practices.

  • Experience with programming languages such as ladder logic, function block, and structured text.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related field.

  • Experience with advanced control system design techniques, such as model predictive control and artificial intelligence.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ISA and IEC.

  • Fluency in multiple programming languages, including C++, Python, and MATLAB.
