Store Lead

At our retail establishment, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Lead to oversee the daily operations of our boutique.

This role combines client relationships, operational management, and creative tasks to ensure smooth functioning and growth of the store. We strive for excellence in customer service and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2C and B2B client relations, fostering strong partnerships and driving sales growth by providing personalized services and proactive support to clients.
  • Oversee inventory and stock management, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing losses through effective forecasting and replenishment strategies.
  • Implement quality control processes for products, maintaining high standards of excellence by inspecting merchandise, reporting any defects or irregularities to suppliers, and coordinating return or replacement procedures as needed.
  • Support website maintenance and updates, ensuring seamless online presence by collaborating with IT teams to resolve technical issues and optimize site performance.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, engaging with customers and promoting brand awareness by creating and curating content that highlights products, company values, and community involvement.
  • Curate and maintain visually appealing store displays, showcasing products in an attractive manner by working closely with visual merchandising teams to design and implement eye-catching displays that drive sales and enhance brand image.
  • Assist in product photography and content creation, enhancing the brand's visual identity by partnering with photographers and videographers to capture high-quality images and videos that showcase products and tell brand stories.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written), enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, supporting data analysis and documentation needs.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms and apps, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, facilitating collaboration and teamwork among staff members.
