Project Strategy and Management Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the strategic planning and management of our projects. This role will involve creating and maintaining roadmaps, developing program standards, directing project teams, and ensuring that all projects are aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain project roadmaps to translate our vision into actionable strategy
  • Develop and maintain program standards for execution on the project level
  • Direct project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee resource allocation and project-level change management
  • Analyze project performance and suggest improvements in time efficiency and cost savings
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the Fintech industry
  • 5-7 years experience in managing diverse teams and their schedules across projects
  • Good understanding of SDLC process and experience in Waterfall & Agile methodologies
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
