Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Document accurate, logical, and detailed workpapers that clearly describe the review objective, test procedures, and results.
  • Communication: Confidently communicate and engage with others in a positive manner, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications & Technical Competencies Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field preferred.
  • US GAAP & Sarbanes-Oxley: Understanding of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO framework, and leading business practices.
  • Experience: 1 year relevant experience, either within the Big 4 Audit Firm or in a multi-national organization, prior experience within Risk & Compliance or Internal Control role, finance experience is preferred.
  • Certifications: CPA required, other certifications (CIA, CISA, etc.) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer Focus: High level of customer focus and ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Microsoft Office: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Self-directed, positive, and ethical role model able to work with minimal supervision and display initiative.
