We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic intern to join our People team.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who takes initiative, owns processes end-to-end, and thrives on enabling others to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities.
  • Policy Development: Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating People policies.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins.
  • Compliance & Administration: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback.
First 3 Months
  1. Month 1: Learn systems, shadow onboarding & administrative tasks.
  2. Month 2: Own data accuracy, vendor coordination, and support events.
  3. Month 3: Run onboarding end-to-end, manage operations independently, and provide insights for process improvement.
