Job Title: Technical Software Engineering ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking an accomplished Technical Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development team. Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Java programming language and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, JPA).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design principles.
  • Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Leadership and Management:
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks related to software quality.
Education and Certifications:
  • B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degree with a good JEE / AIEEE / GATE score.
