Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of data management projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are consistently met. Oversee multiple concurrent programs and ensure alignment with business and IT strategies is also crucial.

Define scalable and secure data architecture for data pipelines, warehousing, and processing systems.

Develop and enforce best practices and standards for data project execution.

Monitor project health through KPIs, metrics, and governance reviews.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, platforms (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

 

Job Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering excellence through well-defined methodologies, standardized practices, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data strategy creation and implementation, technology selection, and architecture & design.
