As a seasoned procurement professional, you will play a pivotal role in equipping procurement teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost reduction, supply planning, and ERP systems across multiple industries. Your expertise will be sought after by companies looking to improve their procurement operations through best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ERP systems, ensuring hands-on learning experiences for trainees.
  • Create curriculum materials, case studies, and practical simulations tailored to the medical devices, automotive, and electrical industries, showcasing real-world examples and scenarios.
  • Develop e-learning modules for procurement processes, supplier scorecards, and sourcing workflows, providing users with interactive tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with procurement leaders, supply chain managers, and quality teams to align training with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify gaps in procurement processes and recommend improvements, leveraging your knowledge of regulatory compliance, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices.

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of strategic sourcing and category management, vendor management and supplier relationship management, contract negotiation and risk management, cost reduction and value engineering, supply planning and inventory management, and ERP systems expertise. You should also possess strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to design and deliver practical, industry-specific training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
