As a Loan Process Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the entire loan process, from initial application to final disbursement, and ensuring timely and successful completion of financing arrangements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations throughout the loan process.
- Financing Partners Management: Manage relationships with financing partners to facilitate the loan process, including evaluating loan applications, negotiating terms, and finalizing financing options.
- Loan Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns about the loan process, and assisting in resolving any issues that may arise during the loan cycle.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation, adhering to internal policies and external regulations.
