We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting industrial-grade AI systems that transform complex data into actionable insights.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that prevent accidents, ensure compliance, and save lives.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored AI systems that meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • ">
  • Designing multimodal Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems over various data sources, including PDFs, CAD/vector drawings, incident reports, and regulations.">
  • Implementing hybrid retrieval methods, including BM25 and dense ranking, with reranking and targeting ≥90% top-k answerability and traceable citations.">
  • Building domain embeddings for bilingual technical terminology and crafting routing/prompting for audit-ready outputs.">
  • Ingesting and normalizing heterogeneous data sources, including ERP/MES exports, legacy DBs, SharePoint, and IoT streams.">
  • Shipping 10k+ document-type ingestion with schema validation, redaction, and temporal versioning for regulatory drift.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in building production AI/ML or search systems, with experience in enterprise deployments.

">

You should also possess expertise in Python 3.11+, SQL, and RAG at scale, as well as MLOps/SRE skills, including versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, and cost/perf trade-offs.
