Join Our Team - Community Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online community across various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with followers on a daily basis. You will also have experience in creating engaging content and managing multiple conversations simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our online community across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Actively post content and keep groups and communities active on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engage daily with followers: reply to DMs, comments, and share meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to help shape future campaigns.
  • Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Excellent written communication and a natural, empathetic voice.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is a plus.
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
