Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to help us create and maintain complex data models and business intelligence solutions.

This role is ideal for junior professionals or interns looking to gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions using Looker and LookML.

You will be instrumental in translating raw data into a well-structured and reusable data layer, ensuring our clients have the information they need to make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust LookML models to create a single source of truth for our clients' data.
  • Create and maintain interactive Looker dashboards and reports that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Connect to various data sources (e.g., BigQuery, Azure SQL, APIs) and define relationships and data transformations within LookML.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize LookML code and Looker queries for performance and scalability.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 0.5–3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying BI solutions with Looker and LookML.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Azure SQL, or other relational databases).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and experience with various data sources.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-manage tasks effectively.

Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Superset) or Python for data manipulation is a plus.

Work Mode & Location

This is a hybrid role: 3 days Work From Office at AKR Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru, with the remaining days remote/flexible as per project schedule.
