The role of a Data Modeler is to play a pivotal part in driving the delivery of complex transformation programs within our data portfolio. You will be an integral member of agile multi-skilled teams, collaborating to create world-class products that cater to our customers' needs.

  • As a Data Modeler, you will work closely with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements across various groups.
  • You will collaborate with cross-asset IT teams to interface those requirements and deliver a working reconciliation solution, ensuring seamless integration.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling experience of 4-8 years.
  • Proficiency in financial domain and data analysis skills, including requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, and reviews.
  • A team player with a self-starter approach, having a sense of ownership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced and continuously changing environments.
