Job Title:

AI/ML Software Development Lead

Responsibilities
  • Participate in and lead architecture designs with peers and stakeholders, exercising technical judgment. Build products around AI models.
  • Understand Agentic experience/AIML, LLM and possess excellent coding skills, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
  • Review code, unblock team members, and provide feedback to ensure standard practices are followed.
  • Define the technical direction, lead, and land AI-first experiences.
  • Balance short-term prototypes with long-term strategies for generalizing them into AI-first experiences. Work cross-team to survey existing issues and propose solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience, including data structures and algorithms.
  • 5 years of testing and launching software products, 3 years of software design and architecture experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building AI-based products.
  • Understanding of Agentic experience/AIML, Large Language Model, and strong coding skills.
