**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in Python Programming (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in Algorithm Development (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing and related algorithms.
- Understanding of Deep Learning architectures and frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of AI algorithms and models.
- Work on Machine Learning projects, including data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing.
- Collaborate on Natural Language Processing projects, including text analysis and chatbot development.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and suggest innovative solutions.
- Work closely with senior team members to gain valuable insights and mentorship.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
