Job Overview

This Sales and Renewal Expert position is responsible for managing renewal objectives, building strong customer relationships, and leading customers through the preparation, negotiation, and execution of renewals to ensure lasting partnerships, drive customer success, and maximize financial outcomes for Blue Yonder.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account managing renewals, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process and contract management.

Main Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify expansion and upsell opportunities, promoting the value of Blue Yonder products.
  • Collaborate with customer success and account management teams to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
  • Manage renewal objectives, building strong customer relationships, and leading customers through the preparation, negotiation, and execution of renewals.

Essential Skills
  • 1+ years of Sales/Renewals/Account Management experience primarily within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of success in account managing renewals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
