Lead Visual Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled and creative Lead Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Wix, and Adobe Creative Suite. They will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop their skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling social media posts, stories, and campaigns across all major platforms.
  • Design digital and print assets using Canva and other design tools.
  • Develop and maintain visual content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Manage and update company websites built on Wix, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and Wix.
  • Excellent design and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating platform-optimized content that drives engagement.
  • Proven ability to create content that aligns with brand voice while maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and web analytics.
