Dynamic Billing Specialist

This position plays a pivotal role in our organization's financial operations, requiring exceptional skills in timely and accurate preparation of invoices, revenue recognition, and accounting process and controls. Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, paired with top-notch customer support, are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of Invoices: Collaborate with internal and external teams to accurately prepare, adjust, and verify pre-bill documents before invoicing.
- Data Entry: Enter data accurately into systems to modify projects.
- Revenue Recognition: Assist Accounting in applying proper revenue recognition, validating sales tax on invoices, and other accounting controls.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Windows Operating Systems are also essential requirements.
Requirements:- Able to translate client and inter-company invoices from English into Arabic and issue them in the Arabic reading format – right to left.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Billing position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Billing and/or Project Accounting experience is preferred.
