Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft expert to design, develop, and implement complex solutions for Canopus GBS Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules and have hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, Component Interface, and SQR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient PeopleSoft solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform configuration changes and system upgrades while ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and conversions to meet business requirements.
  • Leverage SQL and database tools for data analysis and optimization to drive business growth.
Functional Knowledge
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules and their integration with other systems.
  • Understand business processes and requirements to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide functional support and training to end-users to ensure seamless adoption.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and resources.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Customer Focus
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional customer service and support.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $135,000, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, including PeopleTools, Application Designer, Component Interface, and SQR.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL and database concepts, including data modeling and normalization.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and implementations, including testing and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
