Lead Financial Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled finance professional to lead our financial operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end close reports, as well as corporate budget and forecasting documents.
- Supervise the general ledger group, advise team members on non-routine transactions, and work with external auditors to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in finance/accounts with 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting procedures, taxation, and other statutory and legal matters.
- Excellent communication skills, relationship-building skills, and ability to lead and develop others.
- Immediate joiner, qualified/semi-qualified CA/CMA.
- Experience in IT/service sector.
- Knowledge of US & Indian taxes.
