Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to implement and maintain Power Automate flows that connect Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management. This role will focus on backend automation, dashboard enrichment, and ticket enrichment logic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and build Power Automate / Logic Apps flows for ticket creation, enrichment, notifications
  • Monitor flow execution and troubleshoot automation failures to ensure seamless integration
  • Develop automation solutions to sync SharePoint content (KB), customer contacts, or Business Central triggers with JSM
  • Support the development of SLA tracking and reporting dashboards (Jira + Power BI/SharePoint if needed)
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all created and updated flows
  • Work closely with QA/QC and Jira Consultant to guarantee operational compliance and quality assurance
  • Perform test automation with sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality and accuracy

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps
  • A basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data formats
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Bonus: Jira/JSM expertise
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
