Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation and Mergers Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing advisory engagements for Indian and foreign MNCs involving mergers, demergers, business and share acquisitions, investment structuring, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advisory Engagements: Manage advisory engagements for Indian and foreign MNCs involving mergers, demergers, business and share acquisitions, investment structuring, and joint ventures.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic execution, regulatory compliance, and optimal tax efficiency.
  • Client Support: Support clients throughout the business lifecycle by conducting detailed quantitative analysis and managing seamless execution of plans.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tax Compliance: Understand the tax compliance landscape and ideate how technology can be used to improve compliance processes.
  • Clients Management: Proactively communicate with clients to share updates and developments on assignments, develop and maintain relationships with CFOs and Tax Directors, and identify and ideate new business opportunities from public and private sources.
  • Business Development: Identify and ideate new business opportunities from public and private sources, track client developments and industry trends to identify new business opportunities, and build credibility and deliver high-quality solutions to ensure repeat business.
