Senior Data Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data management efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing data analytics strategies that drive business value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's data strategy, ensuring data integrity, governance, and analytics to drive informed business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of data management best practices, analytical tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally to enhance business performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Data Leadership :- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.- Drive data-driven decision-making by integrating analytics into business processes.
  • Data Governance & Compliance : - Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Analytics & Business Intelligence : - Design and deploy analytical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and uncover new business opportunities.- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support key business functions.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : - Work closely with business leaders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.- Partner with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and implement advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Technology Evaluation & Innovation : - Stay updated with emerging data analytics trends and recommend tools and technologies to enhance capabilities.- Evaluate and implement modern data management platforms to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting : - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of data initiatives.- Present analytical findings to executive leadership, showcasing the impact of data-driven strategies.
