Critical Care Doctor Job Description

Our organization is seeking an exceptional Critical Care Medicine Specialist to join our team in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. As a Critical Care Doctor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients in ICU and Emergency settings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical acumen, decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills. A compassionate approach toward patients and families is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide life-saving procedures, including intubation, central line insertion, and ventilation management.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary cases, such as trauma, sepsis, cardiac, neurological, and post-surgical patients.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and physicians for integrated patient management.
  • Supervise and guide ICU nursing staff and junior doctors.
  • Ensure proper documentation, patient safety, and adherence to medical protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MD/DNB/DM in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid registration as a Critical Care Medicine Specialist.
  • Strong clinical decision-making ability under pressure.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
