IT Support Engineer Position

We are seeking an IT professional to provide technical assistance and support for our organization.

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining system reliability and security.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with both Windows and MacOS systems, as well as a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and MacBook issues via email or in person.
  • Resolve LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors for escalated hardware/software issues and support.
Technical Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Google Workspace Admin) are a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows and MacOS systems.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain records and documentation related to courier services.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities for office printers with vendors.
