Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in commercial lending and financing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business transformation initiatives, leveraging their analytical skills to merge multiple existing workflows into one standard flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Elicit business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Gather, model, and document clear business and functional requirements/specifications
- Develop and implement accounting mapping for commercial lending activities
- Write functional specifications and collaborate with development teams on implementing required enhancements
- Create test plans and test scripts
- Present and discuss project impact with business and IT users
- Operational knowledge of Loan IQ
- Complex lending business expertise, ideally with exposure to project/export finance structures
- Strong analytical skills and ability to merge multiple existing workflows into one standard flow
- Proven experience in delivering quality specifications well-understood by both business and development/implementation teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating complex ideas to management and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with difficult situations and manage IT professionals and business units
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects efficiently
- Take leadership when needed, be self-motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented
- Experience working in collaboration with teams from different areas of the organization
- Efficient time management skills to handle challenging workloads
