About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our analytics function and deliver strategic insights across the business. As Head of Analytics, you will build and scale a data-driven culture, enabling informed decision-making and aligning analytics with business goals.

This high-impact leadership role involves working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Data Strategies: Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through various digital channels.
  • Lead Analytics Team: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  • Define Team Structure and Roles: Align team structure, roles, and responsibilities with business priorities.
  • Align Analytics with Business Needs: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to ensure analytics supports business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and Manage Performance Reports: Ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Teams: Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure (e.g., data warehouse, ETL pipelines, BI tools).
  • Conduct A/B Testing and Experimentation: Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep current with new advertising technologies and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Significant performance marketing budget experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories for executives and drive alignment on strategic decisions.
