Job Title: Data Scientist

The role of a data scientist involves uncovering hidden insights and patterns within complex datasets to drive informed business decisions.

This position demands expertise in statistical modeling, algorithm development, and simulation design, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.

A successful data scientist will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance.
  • Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact.
  • Deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts to build analytical capability across the organization.
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy.

Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, including experience with large-scale data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
