Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Professional to join our team in Product Development. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements.
  • Effectively communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
  • Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements.
  • Develop technical reports that analyze and interpret results, leading to conclusions and recommendations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Food Science, Science or Engineering.
  • Experience working on teams and independently with guidance from a manager.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage activities effectively.
  • Skills to identify problems proactively and create solutions independently.
  • Knowledge of food science and engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
