We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to oversee and optimize the use of E-plan software within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of E-plan tool functionalities.
Job Description:As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the E-plan tool for project management and automation purposes. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective usage of the E-plan tool, provide training and support to users regarding E-plan functionalities and best practices, troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the E-plan tool, develop and maintain documentation related to E-plan processes and procedures, and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of E-plan usage across projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 6-8 years of experience in E-plan tool administration or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of E-plan software and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to train and support team members effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
