Lead Retail Executive

In this prestigious leadership position, you will oversee the Made-to-Measure store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth through strategic client consultations and upselling.

  • You will be responsible for guiding clients through the MTM measurement, styling, and order processes while ensuring seamless coordination with tailoring and production teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably with a specialization in menswear. Excellent communication and grooming skills are essential, as well as strong team leadership and customer handling skills.

This is an opportunity to excel in a high-end environment, providing exceptional after-sales service and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, stock management, hygiene, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including team performance and employee development
  • Deliver strong sales by providing personalized client consultations and effectively upselling premium products
  • Guide clients through the MTM measurement, styling, and order processes to meet their bespoke needs
  • Ensure seamless coordination between tailoring, production, and sales teams to meet client expectations
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock management, hygiene, and brand standards
  • Handle high-end clients and provide exceptional after-sales service
  • Monitor and report on store targets, appointments, and revenue
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in premium or luxury retail (menswear specialization preferred)
  • Excellent communication and grooming skills
  • Strong team leadership and customer handling skills
  • Familiarity with custom clothing processes is an asset
