Impact-Driven Creative Leader

We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Graphic Designer who can lead our design vision. The ideal candidate will drive strategy, craft high-conversion visuals, and use psychology-driven design to optimize performance at every funnel stage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visual Storytelling – Create compelling visual assets that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design Optimization – Develop A/B test variations to maximize campaign performance.
  • Client Requests – Translate client requests into strategic, high-impact design solutions.
  • Creative Integrity – Balance creativity with efficiency while managing client revisions.
  • Design Leadership – Present design concepts and strategic recommendations in client meetings.
  • Design Trends – Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with design trends, platform specs, and emerging tools.
  • Design Mentorship – Support and inspire junior designers to grow their creative skills.
  • Design Standards – Establish and maintain design standards and processes.
  • Team Leadership – Run team meetings and creative reviews that drive real results.

  • Strategic Visuals – Develop and execute high-performance visual strategies across digital platforms.
  • Conversion-Focused Design – Create conversion-focused visuals for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Design – Use behavioural insights and performance analytics to guide design choices.
  • Brand Identity – Maintain and refine branding through comprehensive guidelines.
  • Collaboration – Work with the strategy team to align creative output with marketing goals.
  • Creative Direction – Drive key campaigns with a seamless, user-centric design approach.
  • Design Asset Management – Build a library of high-impact design assets.

Your Key Strengths:

  • Experience – 4+ years in performance-driven graphic design.
  • Portfolio – Show us your best work in social media, digital ads, and branding.
  • Design Tools – Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma should feel like second nature.
  • Marketing Knowledge – Understand funnels, user behaviour, and how design drives action.
