Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced IT Risk Compliance & Info Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Information Security Program. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our systems, applications, and data.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines related to information security
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities, threats, and risks
  • Develop and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP)
  • Manage and prioritize Jira tickets related to information security and ensure timely resolution
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the security of our systems, applications, and data
  • Provide guidance and support to the organization on information security-related matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in hands-on experience in managing information security
  • Experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Jira tickets
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
  • Experience with vulnerability management, risk assessments, and audits
  • Experience with incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
  • Strong understanding of network and system architecture
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC) are a plus
