About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Compliance Risk Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the security requirements, industry best practices, and customer requirements for new and existing IoT and OT deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced analytic skills to evaluate IoT/OT Risk posture with Best Practice checklists and through in-depth interviews with system and control owners.
  • Review and provide feedback on relevant information assurance documents, orders and instructions to ensure compliance with Trelleborg Group IT Standards.
  • Assist in planning, evidence gathering, and interview support during assessments and reviews conducted with vendors, internal control auditors, or other entities, and in periodic monitoring of issues through the remediation cycle.
  • Support management of records related to Company risk management decisions.
  • Proactively identify gaps or conflicts in existing IoT/OT Solutions and drive remediation of control deficiencies identified during the audit process.
  • Assist with the education and training of IoT/OT Solutions owners so they better understand the Risk Assessment framework and their responsibilities.
  • Active contribution to IoT Team activities where required.
  • Support implementation of new and/or improved IoT processes following Trelleborg IoT standards.
  • Improvement of personal skills within the area of responsibility.
  • Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented in an understandable manner.
  • Contribute ideas to improve IoT processes/services.
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals.

Requirements:

  • Education and experience in technical computer, networking service, industrial automation or technical production operations support.
  • Associates degree of computer science, electrical engineering, electronic technology or bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent combinations of education, experience, and certification will be considered.
  • Experience developing, championing, and managing internal compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with multiple technology backbones and related supporting infrastructure.
  • Experience in a compliance and regulatory environment related to IoT/OT across industries and geographies.
  • Analytical thinker who is highly organized and pays close attention to detail.
  • Experienced in working in a culturally diversified fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in implementing, documenting and operationally maintaining IT infrastructure.
  • Experienced in interacting with and management of external suppliers & service providers.
